What Javohir does
Javohir founded Win to Win and leads the company as its CEO. He defines which areas the team develops, which products go to market and which partners we work with.
He represents W2W with key clients, government programs and the business community of Uzbekistan. The idea of Company Brain — a second brain for a company that knows everything about its processes — was his.
The principle by which he runs the company is built into its name: we win only when the client wins.
