About the product
RIDO is an intercity ride service in Uzbekistan: a passenger finds a driver by route and date, books a seat or sends a parcel; a driver publishes trips and receives requests. We develop the whole platform: the rido.uz web app, the RIDO Client and RIDO Driver mobile apps, the admin panel and the backend.
Task
Replace calls to dispatchers and messenger chats with one platform where the route, seats, price and trip status are visible to everyone, and disputes are handled by the system rather than an operator.
What we did
- Web app: trip search, seat booking, sending parcels
- RIDO Client and RIDO Driver apps for Android and iOS with push notifications
- Admin panel: trips, requests, support, referral programme
- Driver risk scoring and smart passenger matching when a trip is cancelled
